The Jennifer L Collins Memorial Foundation was formed with the mission to provide financial, spiritual and educational support to cancer patients in the Pacific Northwest and do so in Jen Collins’s name. Jen fought her battle like a true champion and the support she received through her friends helped her to focus on her battle rather then some of the financial burdens & challenges that so many cancer patients don’t foresee, but are often hit with during their fight. Jen Collins was one of Lori Bowden’s (Cowgirls Espresso owner) good friends who lost her battle with cancer. The Jennifer L Collins Memorial Foundation is the preferred charity of Cowgirls Espresso.
